Day Camp Terms and Conditions

Payment

Your booking is confirmed once we receive your full payment. Unfortunately, we can’t hold places without payment. Your payment also means you agree to these terms and conditions.

Cancellation

Cancel more than 28 days in advance? You’ll get a full credit note.
Cancel 14 to 27 days before? We’ll give you a 50% credit note.
Cancel within 14 days? We won’t be able to offer a credit note, sorry!

Care Provision

We welcome all children in School Years 1 to 8. Please note, we keep a crew-to-child ratio of 1:12, even for Children with special needs. Children in Reception can join our day camp during the summer before they start Year 1.

Arrival and Departure

Early Drop-off (9am) and Late Pick-up (5pm) need to be booked in advance. Our regular day runs from 10am to 4pm. Late collection is charged at £15 per child, per hour or part hour. For safety reasons, children can only leave with a parent or carer unless arranged with a crew member in advance.

Insurance

We’ve got full Public Liability Insurance. However, we can’t take responsibility for personal property.

Behaviour

To keep things fun and respectful, if a child is continually disruptive, we might need to suspend or exclude them. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given in these cases.

Medical

Your child’s safety is our top priority. If there’s an illness or serious accident, we’ll contact you immediately. If we can’t reach you, we’ll call an ambulance, and your child will be taken to the hospital.
