Workshop Terms and Conditions
Trials
Thinking about joining our workshops? Great! We offer a two-week paid trial so you can get a feel for it. Just a heads up: these trials are non-refundable and should be taken on consecutive weeks.
Payment
To keep things running smoothly, we ask for fees to be paid in full at the beginning of each term. Once you’ve paid, we’ll consider it your agreement to these terms and conditions. Oh, and if fees become considerably overdue, there’s a 10% late fee.
Cancellation/Leaving
Membership renews automatically each term. If you decide it's time to move on, please let us know in writing at least half a term in advance. Without this notice, we'll need to charge half a term’s fees in lieu of notice.
Note: This notice period doesn’t apply to our Moonlights workshops for adults, Home Ed, or GCSE workshops.

Hoodies

Our uniform is a royal blue MIM hoodie, which all members should wear to workshops and rehearsals. It’s part of our team spirit!

Insurance
We’ve got full Public Liability Insurance, so you’re covered! Just keep in mind that we can’t take responsibility for personal property.
Behaviour
We strive to create a fun and respectful environment for everyone. If a child is continually disruptive, we might need to suspend or exclude them. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds in these cases.
Medical
Your child’s safety is our priority. In case of illness or a serious accident, we’ll contact you right away. If we can’t reach you, we’ll call an ambulance and your child will be taken to the hospital.
Equal Opportunities
The Man In The Moon is all about inclusivity and creating a safe space for everyone. Our activities are open to any child, as long as there’s space available. For more details, please check out our Equalities Policy.
Workshop Cancellation
Sometimes, things happen that are out of our control, and we might need to cancel a workshop. If that happens, we’ll let you know via email or text.
If possible, we’ll move the workshop online via Zoom. If that’s not an option, we’ll do everything we can to reschedule. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we’re sorry, but we won’t be able to refund the missed workshop.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. For details on how we collect, store, and use your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
